Baron Turner -Principal

I have been in Education for 22 years as a classroom teacher, Athletic Director, Head football coach, Administrative Assistant, and Assistant Principal.  It is my belief that students should be given the opportunity to develop into lifelong learners through a balanced education that addresses the needs of the individual as well as the group.  I am enthusiastic and truly honored to serve as the Principal of Lee Central High School, where our mission is to provide a safe learning environment conducive to all students with the high expectations for academic excellence.  I genuinely look forward to working with you to make this a successful school year. We are proud of our students, teachers, staff, and parents/guardians. Our goal is to maintain our tradition of excellence and ensure that Lee Central High continues to be a place where students are able to fully take advantage of their educational opportunities and learn to be caring and responsible young people.

Noel Hazzard -Assistant Principal

This is my fourth year working in Lee County and my 3rd year at LCHS. I enjoy working at Lee Central High mainly because of the family atmosphere created by the caring staff, involved parents, and students who are willing to learn. This school district is rich with talented students in academics, athletics and the arts. It is an honor to be part of this majestic environment.

Warren Joye, Assistant Principal

I was born and raised in Lee County, in the small rural community of Ionia.  I studied Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina-Columbia and proceeded to work in various industries and manufacturing businesses.  While yearning to give back to my community, I became an assistant coach with Lee Central High Varsity Baseball program.  Through the encouragement of family and close friends, I made a career change into education.  After earning my first master’s degree in Management, I pursued another master’s degree in Educational Leadership and completed courses to become a certified teacher in special education.  Besides working at school, I love spending time with my two grandsons and working in my church.

Roberson Brown- Dean of Students

I am a graduate of Erskine College (Sports Medicine/Health) and Coker College (MSA).  This is my fourth year at LCHS.  I am married (Taylor) and have two wonderful children (Mack and Addie).  I am grateful for Lee County School District, Lee Central High School, and Lee County students and families who have given me the opportunity to work with their young children.  I am eager to continue to grow in this district and help our young students to become greater each and everyday.
